Refund policy
1. Once order is placed strictly no cancellation or exchanged for another product at any cause.
2. We will not accept the product return due to slight changes in colour as slight variation of the colour is possible due to photography lighting and for handloom sarees threads full will not be consider as damages.
3. Parcel opening video is must in case of any complaints. No complaint will be considered without parcel opening video (Please follow this for safety in case of any damage we can return / exchange. Video should capture from parcel opening to till last)
4. We will recheck the product before dispatching. In rare case if any damage in the product, please send the order number, name and the unboxing video to our whatsApp number +918122399429. We will contact you within 1-2 business days
5. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition with same folding.
6. The cost for shipping the product back is refunded by us with our charges(Based on the location). we couldn't bear extra charges.
7. We will not offer refunds but we will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to cooperate with us if it's any further information or photographs to access your return request.
